Okay, so these are NOT great photos. I have no natural light in my dark woodsy apartment. Just trust me, they were delicious.
Above photo: Cherry Dumplings, three ways.
Top: made on the stove, cooked cherries with drop-biscuit dumplings.
Bottom left: baked biscuit-wrapped cherries.
Bottom right: baked cherries wrapped in pie crust. (think mini cherry pies)
Below: the largest one is an apple dumpling that I didn't sauce. I just wanted to make sure I had one plain in case the sauce wasn't good. It was good. So that's a mini apple pie there. The others are all cherry. Most are wrapped in pie crust. The one center bottom is wrapped in biscuit dough.
